  • Exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator
  • Close-knit team and supportive culture
  • Varied role scope – no two days are the same!

The Opportunity
Aon has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Wairoa branch as an Insurance Administrator.

This role would see you supporting the team with day-to-day administration and client support. As a key point-of-contact in the branch, you will engage with a range of colleagues and clients through the day.

A normal day would see you:

  • Managing the insurance claims process for clients
  • Assisting with client quotes and renewals
  • Preparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reports
  • Working with clients’ insurance providers, law firms, and external vendors
  • Supporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.

About you
You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance would be an advantage but not essential – training will be provided if you are eager to learn.

To hit the ground running, you should have:

  • The ability to work well in a small team and chip in when needed
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting business clients in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).

This is a rare opportunity for an experienced Administrator to build a career within Insurance – if you would like to be part of a global brand with local roots, apply today!
