The Opportunity
Aon has an exciting opportunity for you to join our Wairoa branch as an Insurance Administrator.

This role would see you supporting the team with day-to-day administration and client support. As a key point-of-contact in the branch, you will engage with a range of colleagues and clients through the day.

A normal day would see you:

  • Managing the insurance claims process for clients
  • Assisting with client quotes and renewals
  • Preparing policy schedules, client presentations, and reports
  • Working with clients’ insurance providers, law firms, and external vendors
  • Supporting ad-hoc branch duties alongside the wider team.

About you
You could have a background in Administration or Office Support with a passion for putting the customer first and going the extra mile. Prior experience in Insurance would be an advantage but not essential – training will be provided if you are eager to learn.

To hit the ground running, you should have:

  • The ability to work well in a small team and chip in when needed
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience supporting business clients in an office environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word).
