We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our expanding team. Role and responsibilities are flexible for the right candidate.

Role Objective

To be the primary contact for select key client accounts, maintaining strong relationships, managing projects, and maximising opportunities

Responsibilities

  • Operating as the primary point of contact for allocated clients
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with allocated clients
  • Maximising client satisfaction and brand loyalty
  • Attending and running client meetings, preparing internal team briefings
  • Comprehensive project management, including managing client expectations, timelines and budgets
  • Managing internal teams and studio workflow to deliver client projects
  • Managing external suppliers where required to deliver client projects
  • Handling account administration, including billing, supplier invoices, emails and phone calls
  • Maximising client opportunities
  • Preparing estimates and quotes
  • Basic copy writing and proofing
  • Handling new business email and phone enquiries
  • Administration and office work as required
  • Any other duties or tasks reasonably required

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3+ years of agency Account Management experience
  • Experience managing a small team
  • Experience in self-management; must be a self-starter
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
