Position: Part-time Administration Assistant

We have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator seeking a part-time role (15 hours per week).

We are focused on providing a great service to our clients while supporting each other to develop professionally. Our team have a ‘can-do’ attitude and always get the job done; finding a like-minded team member is key for our team going forward.

Role Overview:

This role involves a wide range of administrative tasks, which may include the following.

  • General office tasks - printing, filing etc.
  • Accurately inputting data
  • Answering phone calls
  • Resolving queries over email and phone
  • Job tracking - ensuring costs are applied to jobs and all tasks are completed on time
  • Preparing invoices
  • Assisting colleagues with daily tasks - proofreading work, inputting job details

Some hours can be worked remotely and hours of work can be negotiated within reason.

  • Build and maintain relationships with people from all walks of life
  • Full clean Drivers Licence
  • A good sense of humour is required
  • Experience in a similar role would be preferred
  • Experience with Xero would be preferred
  • Experience working in the electrical industry (or similar) would be highly regarded
