ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking an upbeat, organised and customer focused Administration Assistant to join our Auckland team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Office Manager and working closely with our NZ Sales team & the Australian Finance team, this role will support all activities relating to Finance and Administration, including:

  • Accounts Payable including entry and reconciliation of invoices and credit cards
  • Accounts Receivable functions including taking payments and debt collection
  • Rebate reconciliations for customers
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries
  • Financial administration and filing
  • General administrative duties as required

To really hit the ground running in this role you will have:

  • A high attention to detail
  • The ability to work quickly and accurately to meet deadlines under pressure
  • The tenacity to follow through on all problems to resolution
  • High level MS Office suite skills
  • A down to earth, collaborative style, with an ability to communicate across all areas of our business successfully
  • Preferably have experience with a stock control system (Costar or similar)
  • Preferably have some AP and/or AR experience
