First Security are at the frontline of protecting New Zealand’s borders working with various different government agencies.

The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to our NZ Leadership Team.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating travel booking
  • Provide support with planning and delivery of team events or VIP visits
  • Diary management of meetings and room bookings
  • Taking minutes of meetings
  • General administration and event organisation as required

We can offer some flexibility around actual hours to fit with school etc.
