The award-winning team at Barfoot & Thompson Glenfield is on the hunt for an administrator to provide support to both our Property Management and Sales divisions.

This exciting and and varied role will see you incorporating a range of reception and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Front desk customer service
  • Assisting the sales and property management team with requests
  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Daily banking
  • Advertising and social media content
  • Preparation of documents
  • Background and credit checks
  • Management of property files
This is an important role so we need someone with a flexible, proactive approach to their work and the ability to learn and think quickly on their feet.

  • Tech Savvy
  • High customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable with multiple communication channels and producing content

This is a full-time role Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.
