Duties and responsibilities:

  • First point of contact through reception and telephone duties
  • Accurately load Agency Agreement information in preparation to release to the websites
  • Provide administration support for the day to day running of the Real Estate Skills and Experience:
  • Real Estate industry experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail
  • Effective team member who also has the ability and discipline to work autonomously
  • Assist Agents with printing and generating marketing material.
