Duties and responsibilities:
- First point of contact through reception and telephone duties
- Accurately load Agency Agreement information in preparation to release to the websites
- Provide administration support for the day to day running of the Real Estate Skills and Experience:
- Real Estate industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Proven time management and organisational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with an eye for detail
- Effective team member who also has the ability and discipline to work autonomously
- Assist Agents with printing and generating marketing material.
