The role

Join our Dunedin team in the Application Support role reporting to the Business Systems and IT Manager. You will be responsible for providing general support to the team that ensures that SHL’s company systems function efficiently, including Microsoft Dynamix AX ERP, 365 CRM and Office 365/SharePoint.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Logging staff incidents & requests for service action.
  • Monitor & promote service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
  • Assist in issue resolution by completing root cause analysis.
  • Manage daily workload of service requests
  • Co-ordinate support resolution between internal IT team and external vendors.
  • Participate in IT projects as required

Skills and experience

We believe in investing in the development of our staff and will provide necessary training, however the following skills are essential:

  • Experience with AX 2012, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM & Microsoft Office 365 including SharePoint.
  • Experience with AX development would be preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience supporting ERP/CRM & support desk systems (i.e. samanage) preferred.
