The Role:

Are you looking to take the next step in your career? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to take on an Assistant Project Manager position. You will join our talented Project Delivery office team in Christchurch.

  • You will be a key part of the Project Delivery team by providing Project Management support across all projects, managing procurement and project approvals processes, contract management and coordinate project workflow deliveries and status reporting. Responsibilities for contract administration, including. project filing and MSQA processes.
Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Current, clean driver licence (full or restricted preferred).
  • Previous work experience e.g. as a Project Coordinator, PM
  • Minimum of 3 years professional experience in design or construction of buildings and other structures
  • Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise competing project demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines, coordinate work flow delivery for the team and see responsibilities through to completion.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
