Our continuous growth brings an opportunity for a Business Support Coordinator to join our Electricity team in Paeroa.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for the depot you will be influential in creating a welcoming and positive first impression. Your energy and cooperative approach will be rewarded with a variety filled role where you will enjoy providing admin support for your team and the greater Downer Power and Gas business. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Reception duties

· Facilities management

· Travel arrangements (accommodation, flights and car rentals)

· Invoicing, Purchase Order creation

· Timesheet collation and data entry

· Financial month end reporting

· Admin support for the Area and Works Managers.

This is a full time (40 hours a week, Monday to Friday) permanent role paying between $50,000- $60,000 annual salary – experience dependant

About you:

Previous office administration experience within an operations/industrial environment would be ideal as this role will see you responsible for many different areas within the branch. Offering first-rate organisational skills, you will also be able to offer:

· Experience in invoicing, data entry, reconciling and raising PO’s

· Strong MS Office skills and confidence with Excel is desirable

· Knowledge of JDE or similar ERP/Accounting software is desirable

· Travel booking experience is desirable.

You will commonly be described as having initiative, “get up and go” and the confidence to ask the questions needed to get the job done. This is undeniably an operational environment so a down to earth, unflappable nature with a demonstrated ability to think on your feet when the unexpected happens, with a smile, will fit in well.
