Platinum Recruitment is excited to present this opportunity for an experienced CRM advisor to join a highly successful Information Systems and Support Team based in Dunedin.
About the role:

You will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining our client’s CRM platform, and ensuring staff are trained and well supported in adhering to information standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, plan, design, and develop, new enhancements to the CRM for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow
  • Analyse business objectives and user needs
  • Analyse the CRM information management requirement across all systems
  • Develop documentation on current systems including current logged CRM issues
  • Develop and maintain training plans and schedules for CRM users

To be successful you will need:
  • 3+ years’ proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • 3+ years’ experience in business analysis
  • Experience in Microsoft 365
  • Excellent documentation capabilities maintaining all policies and procedures
  • Strong communication skills at all levels, able to explain technical terms to non-technical users
