Are you in a retail or an outbound sales position and you keen to progress your career further? Joining this well-established Australasian market leader would be a great move.

The Opportunity:

Coregas (a Wesfarmers company), is the only Australian industrial gases company. They manufacture gases locally and distribute throughout Australia and New Zealand via a network of branches and third parties. Due to internal movement, the team in Auckland have an opportunity to bring a Customer Service Representative on board.

Manufacturing quality products, they also provide an installation and after sales service that is efficient and lifelong. This role will be customer facing and will be logging and scheduling work for their team of technicians.

What the position will involve:

Due to a recent internal promotion, this company is looking for someone to hit the ground running. While it will be a temporary position to start off with, if you are well suited to the role, they will bring you on board permanently.

Key duties will include:

  • Providing excellent customer service and representing the brand to a high standard
  • Taking inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Logging job details into the system
  • Coordinating with warehouse and dispatch
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure customers are well informed and product queries are resolved

You will be a natural people person and enjoy building substantial relationships with all types of people. You will be confident over the phone and have an awesome work ethic. This is a fast paced environment, so you will need to thrive under pressure and enjoy working as a team to get things done!
