About the role:

We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Service person to join our friendly and dynamic Papakura Branch team.

As a Customer Service person you will be the first point of contact for customers coming into our branch. You will have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a team environment and be happy to lend a hand in all areas.

Duties include:

  • Exceptional customer service at our trade counter
  • Assisting customers with sales orders and returns
  • Answering phone and email queries from customers
  • Product research and communication with suppliers
  • Accurately picking orders for dispatch and receipting products into the warehouse as required

  • Computer literacy and the ability to learn and use systems
