About the Role:
There now exists an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative. This role provides key support to the whole business by handling customer and supplier enquires by phone.
This role would suit someone looking for a unique customer service role, working Monday-Friday for a company that encourages personal development.
Your role will include:
  • building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide outstanding customer service
  • prepare orders, quotations, and management of CRM
  • support the business sales targets with occasional outbound call campaigns
  • support the membership team and handle product enquiries.

To succeed in this role you will be/have:
  • previous customer service, inbound sales, or relationship management experience
  • a professional, positive, and a high standard of customer service
  • strong organisational, planning and computer skills
  • a multi-tasker, quick thinker, and great communicator
  • enjoy working as part of a team.
