Blue Star Wellington, is a division of Blue Star Group (New Zealand) Limited. We’re a kiwi-owned operation and New Zealand’s most substantial and progressive provider of a wide range of print and communication services to customers across New Zealand.

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Services team member with print industry experience to join our Service Delivery Team.

About this Role

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Providing day to day support to the Account Management team
  • Systemically processing orders from end to end
  • Proactively monitoring jobs throughout production
  • Interpreting and developing technical specifications from supplied client briefs
  • Liaison both externally with clients and internally across the production teams

About You

The qualities we are looking for are:

  • To apply for this role you must have experience in working in print production or print based customer services environment or come from a print supplies background.
  • Be customer focused and feel confident in dealing with clients directly if required.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task.
  • Be a great communicator and a team player.
  • Have a “can do” attitude.
