THE ROLE:

  • Manage inbound phone calls to determine the best course of action.
  • Provide exceptional, empathetic service to all customers
  • Working in a high volume environment you will be given the time to ensure the customer gets the best outcome on the first contact
  • Work within contact quality guidelines to achieve service level agreements

YOU WILL :

  • You need to be flexible to work rotating shifts Monday to Saturday between 7 am or 9 pm
