Te Tari Pūhanga Tukanga Matū| Department of Chemical and Process Engineering- Part-Time at 20 hours per week (0.53 FTE) (Flexibility around timing)
- Continuing (i.e. permanent) position
Who You Are
As an experienced administrator (minimum 5+ years), with a background in a business or education-related environment (preferably in a large organisation) you will have:
- Competence in all Microsoft Office programmes including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Competence in use of electronic mail programmes (e.g. Microsoft Outlook)
- Knowledge of and experience using and managing database systems and internet research techniques
- Ability to plan, develop and maintain electronic and paper-based filing systems
- Knowledge of meeting and minute taking protocols
- Experience in organising functions and other events.
