They are looking for a well organised Executive Assistant to join their thriving Dunedin based office, in their Agency team

The role

As Executive Assistant you will be supporting one of the Directors, and work with the wider team of the Dunedin based business. You will need to be well organised and thrive in a fast-paced successful environment tackling multiple tasks, prioritising your workload to deliver results, keeping a calm and level head under pressure.

Key requirements
  • Sales support administration including proofing documents, drafting contracts and preparing proposals
  • Managing marketing campaigns and generating social media posts
  • Preparing advertisements and marketing material
  • Providing administrative support throughout the entire sales process
  • Preparing correspondence on behalf of the agency team
  • Diary management and organisation of meetings, travel arrangements and social events.
