We are currently seeking an Experienced Administrator to join our Team in our Dunedin office. This is a full-time sole charge position, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 4.00pm.

Key duties will include:
• Accounts Receivable including Debt Collection
• Data entry of new jobs, labour and accounts payable into our job costing system.
• Producing purchase orders.
• Asset schedule maintenance.
• Producing various reports for Managers.
• Assisting Managers with administration/account queries.
• General compliance activities.
• Day to day administration of the Dunedin site.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office 365 (in particular Excel and Word).
• Excellent customer service skills
• Flexibility to organise and prioritise work
• A high level of accuracy
• Be able to work independently and within a team.
• Preferably experience working within the Engineering field.
