About The Role

Your key aim will be to provide a brilliant end user experience through multiple communication channels, ensuring that we are meeting the needs of our staff for Technology support.

In this role, you will-
  • Primarily provide Service desk incident management and work request fulfilment.
  • This role will be expected to provided technology support via phone, Tech Bar and chat channels.
  • The customer is at the forefront of your interactions; you will be empathic, approachable and determined to resolve their technology requests with pace.
  • Collectively you will contribute to customer engagement and advocacy of the Tech Bar and Support Services.

Role Location-Wellington or Christchurch

Role Type-Permanent, part-time opportunity

Shift- Monday morning (4hrs), Saturday and Sunday 8-30am to 4-30pm (20 hours per week)

About You

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience-
  • Graduate in Information Technology OR;
  • Have entry level experience in desktop support/end user support OR;
  • Customer service experience with a deep passion for Technology
  • Positive can do attitude and an excellent communicator; written, verbal and visual
  • You must be customer centric with a strong desire to achieve the right outcome for your customers
  • Experience in PC, LAN and networks topology is advantageous
