Front Desk Agent

Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of New Zealand’s South Island. Our 4.5 star hotel is looking for a Front Desk Agent to join our friendly and professional team.

Your day-to-day

As a Front Desk Agentyour duties will include valet parking, assisting guests with bags, checking guests in and out of the hotel using OPERA and ensuring our guests receive high quality experience.

What we need from you

• As this role is quite often the face of the hotel, you must be immaculately presented and provide our signature True Hospitality service to guests
• Comfortable driving a range of cars in winter conditions. Must have a clean full license
• Experience with OPERA system is preferred
• Ability to lift up to 20kgs & can be on your feet all day long
• Flexibility to work a range of shift times and days - including weekends, public holidays.
• Strong sense of reliability and high level of trust to handle guest luggage and vehicles
• Willingness to assist other team members and departments
