The People Performance and Culture (PPC) team is responsible for providing the full range of human resource advisory, talent and mobility, and learning and development services, and has a vital role to play in supporting the firm to build better business leaders and enable a world-class people experience.

The Opportunity
  • We’re looking for a Graduate Experience Consultant to join our fun, friendly and supportive Talent and Mobility team, who are passionate about continually enhancing our candidate experience.
  • Reporting to the Graduate Experience Lead, you will assist with executing the Early Career recruitment strategy including all stages of the recruitment process; attraction, selection and onboarding nationally.
Day To Day You Will
  • Assist with Graduate and Intern events such as university functions, career fairs, assessment days, inductions and online candidate testing
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers and Partners to run shortlisting meetings, assessment day briefings and facilitating offer decision-making conversations
  • Execute high quality candidate management including creation, monitoring and closure of requisitions, managing successful and unsuccessful candidate responses
  • Contribute to innovation and a culture of continuous improvement within early career recruitment and the wider People function to drive excellence, efficiency and an outstanding people experience
  • Be comfortable working in a fast paced, busy role in a complex environment, often juggling multiple tasks at one time
  • Ideally you’ll have some experience producing and implementing recruitment campaign or a social media strategy to attract talent
  • Take every opportunity to support the firm’s inclusion and diversity agenda, including retention of diverse talent and hiring candidates to assist in meeting the firm’s diversity goals
What You’ll Bring To Our Team
  • A minimum of 1+ years recruitment/resourcing experience - if you have experience with high volume recruitment or managing assessment centers, this is a plus!
  • High energy and a passion for recruiting our early career talent and assisting on the first steps of their career with KPMG
  • A flexible approach to your work day; exciting opportunities to arrange and attend events, expos and assessment days means your working pattern may fall outside of the standard 8:30 - 5:00
  • Be comfortable presenting to a range of audiences but predominantly graduates, in both formal and informal settings
  • Excellent planning and organising skills with high attention to detail as you dive into designing and executing a multitude of fun and interesting events and campaigns for our early career talent
  • Excellent administration and planning/organisation skills
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decision makers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work
