We are growing rapidly and (once again!) we need to hire an HR admin legend to join our amazing team at our Avondale HQ.

This is a pure HR administration role, working at pace, dealing with an incredibly diverse range of industries and employment issues. You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering high volumes of employment documentation, via our software, including; employment agreements, letters, policies and job descriptions.
  • Reviewing all documents to ensure value-add and legal compliance.
  • Providing pragmatic advice to clients about employment law on every topic you can imagine.
  • Helping businesses navigate the software and make the most of their MyHR subscription.
  • Answering phones and guiding our clients through the many wild and wonderful questions they have.

Our HR admin alumnae have either been promoted internally or have leveraged their MyHR experience to gain advisory jobs around the world. But first, you must prove yourself in the admin role.

Our workflows are fast paced with strict deadlines, and a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is imperative.

In your first months, we’re expecting you to ask lots of questions, and you’ll learn by giving things a go.

You’ll be flexible, curious, and hungry to prove your capability, which means you’ll thrive in our varied and busy business.

In return, you’ll be supported by a friendly team who are as committed to your success as you are - we all pitch in to help when someone has a hefty workload for the day. Regular and informal catch-ups and stretch feedback from your manager will help you hit your professional stride.
