Medical Receptionist

Due to the continued growth of our busy Medical Centre, we are seeking an outgoing, friendly professional to join our team 3 days per week. You will be working alongside our other receptionists on our front desk at Torbay Medical Centre and also working at our Long Bay Medical Centre.

There will also be a small amount of administration support within your role which will consist of, but not be limited to:-

Meeting and greeting patients with kindness and empathy. Booking appointments, taking payments and dealing with phone and email enquiries.

You must be able to work well under pressure as this role is busy and varied. Attention to detail is a must, as well as being able to multitask, prioritise accordingly and have good conflict resolution skills.

Previous medical reception experience would be an advantage as would the working knowledge of Medtech32, however, you will be provided with training.

We require someone who shows excellent time management, great communication and organisational skills and can provide it all with a smile.

Being part of our team requires some flexibility in being able to provide sickness and holiday cover.
