MŌ TĒNEI TŪRANGA MAHI - ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join our Manukau clinic. The role offers 20 hours each week over set shifts, Monday 11:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday 11:30am-5:00pm, Wednesday 11:30am-5:00pm, Thursday 1:00pm-6:30pm. You will also be required to work a Saturday shift on a 1:4 rotation.
In this role you will ensure our clients are warmly welcomed into the clinic with a friendly, non-judgmental and professional manner. You will be expected to uphold client confidentiality and provide a high level of customer service at all times. You will be fundamental to the seamless operation of client service and be the interface between our clients and clinicians.

- Be reliable and flexible
- Previous reception experience would be an advantage.
