You will optimize sales with our customers through the instore activations of our products, promotions and displays. You will deliver our field KPIs and annual objectives.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

• Represent Mondelēz International by visiting stores according to the agreed planning cycle.
• Monitor shelf and assortment.
• Expose campaigns and search for best locations in stores.
• Perform required administrative tasks.
• Optimize the use of our point-of-sales material.
• Be the customer’s first choice of supplier.
• Create exposure in stores.

• Previous merchandising experience (preferred)
• Confident with good interpersonal skills

More About This Role

This role will support the following stores at 21.25 hours weekly across Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday

• Pak’n Save Northlands
• New World Northwood
• New World Bishopdale
• Countdown Northlands
• Countdown Northwood
  
  

What You Need To Know About The Position

• Merchandising activity, displays and promotions
  
  

Requirements

• Full driver’s license
• Worthy vehicle covered by comprehensive car insurance
• Tech savvy, good customer service, time management and communication skills
• Ability to focus, committed, reliable and consistent
  
  

Work schedule

• Sunday (6:30pm start) - 1.75 hours
• Monday (5am start) - 7.25 hours
• Tuesday (6am start) - 3.5 hours
• Thursday (6am start) - 4.25 hours
• Friday (6am start) - 4.5 hours
