Turners Group NZ Ltd is part of the Turners Automotive Group and we’re very proud to have been helping Kiwi’s buy and sell used vehicles for over 50 years.

We are currently seeking a highly organised and pro-active Office Manager for our soon to be opened branch in Rotorua.

Reporting to the Branch Manager you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all Branch administrative and support functions.

You will be the centre of the support/administration function, where the team will look to you for guidance, support, direction, trouble shooting and problem solving. You will be streamlining systems and procedures, and will provide ’roll up the sleeves’ assistance.

Additionally you will have oversight of the branch’s financial processes, managing the month end processing and reporting and dealing with debtors.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following:

  • At least 3 - 5 years office management in a high tempo sales environment;
  • Proven ability to undertake and manage month end financial processes;
  • Experience and ability to lead an office team;
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational and planning skills;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and cope under pressure;
  • Sound communication skills, both written and verbal.
