We have partnered with a reputable, well respected and experienced Recruitment agency here in Auckland that specialise in the Property and Infrastructure sector, which is at an all-time high right now here New Zealand. These guys have been in the business for over twelve years, they absolutely love what they do, they do it extremely well and have a great team of liked minded people behind them making it happen.

We are looking for a permanent Operations Coordinator to join their team in January 2022. This role would suit someone that is looking for variety, a busy role where no day will be the same, someone that can handle pace as things move quickly in the Recruitment world and is just a really fun, down to earth person that loves people!

Some of the role’s key responsibilities below:
  • Calendar and Meeting room management
  • Order general office supplies, maintain a clean and orderly office area and encourage office sustainability
  • Invoice and PO Box management
  • Operational Support:
    • Contractor Management – onboarding, preparing employment documents, timesheets etc.
    • Compliance support including all pre-employment checks
    • Support the Operations Manager with any event management, including staff events and travel
    • Work with the Operations Manager around charity involvement
    • Publish job posts on social media weekly
    • Reporting of LinkedIn and Google Analytics
    • Email Marketing and setting up of eDMs in Mail Chimp

What we are looking for:
  • Some that has good understanding of technology, you will be able navigate your way around Microsoft Office and CRM’s with ease – with a willingness to learn
  • You will need to like people, this role requires a lot of interaction with different people and personalities – you will have a nice calm, disposition about you
  • The role requires someone that can multitask, someone that can shift focus from time to time on different task’s
  • Someone that is always a step ahead! Thinking on your feet will be something that is quite natural to you – we need someone that can use initiative and just be on top of everything
  • We are wanting someone that wants a successful career! You will have goals and always be looking at ways to improve what you do – you will have the full support of the team behind you!
