About the Company: Madison has partnered with a National Auto Recycler who are seeking the best customer service and salesperson to be the first point of contact for all customers wishing to buy and sell auto parts. This business is all about delivering exceptional service; their people drive their success!

The role: Inbound customer service phone calls, emails and monitoring systems looking for opportunities to sell automotive parts. This position would suit a go getter, someone who is organised and may have had some management experience as this position could quickly become a leadership opportunity.

Day To Day You Will
  • Provide product knowledge and product support to customers and your wider team
  • Provide advice and answer general queries via phone and email
  • Receive on average 210 – 250 calls per week
  • Have monthly sales targets to reach
  • Provide opportunities to sell parts through monitoring online systems
  • Add value and solutions by providing additional product information and offerings that meet the customers’ needs
  • Work in a collaborative and consultative way with all team members
Start date:ASAP

Starting Salary: $75,000 per annum + commission

The Hours
  • Opening hours are Monday – Friday 7:45am – 5:15pm with no weekend shifts
  • 1 hour lunch break

We Are Looking For
  • Proven automotive trade experience ideally from a panel beating or mechanical background
  • Contact centre experience or office-based customer service is preferred but not necessary
  • Experience with quoting and following up
  • Natural sales ability
  • Exceptional communication skills – verbal and written
  • You see the glass half full – positive attitude, self-motivated and inquisitive
  • Excellent IT skills – system savvy or learns systems quickly
  • Able to work in a collaborative, fast-paced and target orientated environment
