Patient Services Coordinator

Immediate Start

We are urgently seeking a highly engaged, energetic and confident patient services coordinator to join our busy team.

Patients are our customers and are at the forefront of everything we do. If you are a customer centric individual who understands the importance of communicating clearly and have previous experience of working in a busy practice environment with a focus on customer satisfaction, we would love to hear from you.

You will be responsible for answering inbound calls from patients, to ensure calls are answered promptly and bookings made with accuracy and efficiency. General office duties will form part of your daily tasks. You will need to be a good listener, able to answer queries promptly and adapt behaviors to engage with callers, showing patience, sensitivity and confidentiality.

You will need to be able to learn new skills including understanding funders and medical terminology, have the ability to think on your feet to ensure our patients needs are being met. Excellent IT skills and demonstrated working knowledge of patient management systems in a medical administrative setting is preferable.
