An opportunity has arisen for you to join the business in a pivotal leadership role as the Nightshift Production Manager for the Hawera site

The opportunity
Your primary objective will be to lead the effective and efficient leadership and supervision of the personnel and operations of the processing operation.

Reporting to the Processing Manager, you will take on a key role on site covering production management, leadership, and management, people, Health & Safety, quality, and compliance responsibilities.

The company prides itself on its’ agility, long-term and sustainable business strategy, and response to market demands and new technologies. You will own the management of key relationships with external stakeholders and suppliers such as MPI, external regulatory bodies, and visitors to the site (including customers).

Additionally, you will be responsible for managing key internal relationships with direct reports, site leadership team, site support functions, other sites, and the central support functions

Your previous knowledge and experience in leading production operations and people leadership in an agri-business, primary industry, or similar environment will ensure you deliver continuous and sustainable results to the business.
