About
We are looking for an experienced Administrator for an immediate start, long term temporary contract role based in New Plymouth.
This is a fast paced and busy engineering project that needs your administrative expertise to support senior level management, the wider team and external stakeholders to ensure overall smooth running of the project.
The role is 30 - 40 hours per week Monday to Friday, depending on your preference. Hourly rate is based on experience between $30 - $35 p/h + 8% holiday pay. This role will start off as temporary, with the aim to go permanent after 3 -6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the Business Support Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Documentation control
- Travel & accommodation booking
- Minute taking at meetings
- Office Coordination
- Invoicing and purchasing
- Wider administrative support for the team
You?
- Solid administration experience
- Experience using accounting software
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office suite
- Confident dealing with multiple stakeholders
- Adaptable and resilient in a fast paced environment
- Quick to learn new systems
- Available immediately
Please note that the successful candidate must already reside and have eligibility to work full time in New Zealand.
