Who will you be working for?

Myriad Engineering is a locally owned engineering company and preferred supplier to several large manufacturing companies. Myriad is a well-established and successful business that has a reputation for meeting and surpassing customer expectations, finding solutions and maintaining long-term customer relationships.


An exciting opening has come up for a Purchasing and Customer Relationship Manager to ensure the accuracy of stock on hand to meet production targets. You will liaise with both our Customers and key Suppliers to ensure timely stock deliveries to meet our Customers needs.

What will you be doing?

  • Purchasing material and supplies as required. We use an ERP computer system which provides information on the demands of the Production team.
  • You will enter customer orders, acknowledge the order, check pricing and confirm delivery dates to the Customer.
  • Being a relationship specialist will require you to understand the needs of our customers and communicate with them, as well as manage our Supplier base to ensure workflow is seamless.

What you will bring?

  • 2 + years’ experience, preferably gained in an operational, industrial supplies or manufacturing environment
  • You will be influential and have great verbal and written communication skills
  • You will foster strong relationships with Suppliers, Customers and internal stakeholders
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office applications
  • You will be well organised with good attention to detail
  • A clean NZ driver’s licence

Your pay rate will be negotiated in line with relevant experience.
