Our client is looking for a customer focused individual to join a team of professionals. Strong administration skills and the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines will be essential.

We are looking for that exceptional person who loves being the ‘face of the company’, happy to work independently and support various people within the company.

Proven experience within the MS Suite will be essential along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key duties will include:

  • Database maintenance
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Inputting invoices into the accounting system
  • General administration

This is a varied role, full training and support will be provided.
