Mahurangi College is looking for a vibrant and well-presented person for the position of Receptionist/Enrolment Administrator.

The successful applicant will need to have:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Exemplary customer service skills
  • Sound Microsoft Office skills, including spread sheets and accurate Word Processing skills and be familiar with google docs.
  • Great organisational skills and be able to multi-task and work under pressure.

This permanent, full-time position is for 35 hours per week, term time only, 8am to 4pm with 1 hour for lunch.
