This is a full time entry level administration role in our Christchurchstore.

This role is not directly customer facing but you are the first point of call for customers contacting the store - be the voice behind the telephone!

You will:

  • Answer all incoming telephone calls in a friendly, polite and helpful manner
  • Complete Reception Duties - such as stationary and uniform orders, internal mail distribution.
  • Complete and reconcile daily banking and ensure floats are balanced
  • Code expense invoices for multiple sites in preparation for payment
  • Complete daily and monthly reconciliations
  • Maintain a exceptional filing system, including emails
  • Provide accurate and efficient support in all areas of administration as required

The skills and experience you’ll need to bring with you include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate, including Microsoft Office with some basic excel knowledge
  • Be well organised and able to multitask
  • Having an eye for attention to detail
  • Taking the initiative at any opportunity
  • Good sense of humour, full of positive energy, approachable and able to work well as a team member
