Summary

We are seeking an exceptional receptionist to join our team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you are the go-to person and admin guru for a range of administration tasks and coordination for the K’aute Pasifika team.

This is a fulltime permanent position working 8.30am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Receptionist

You will be the first person that people see when they walk into our office. We are looking for someone that will manage the relationships with the diverse range of people who visit our office, our team and our funders, partners etc.

You

  • A self-starter with a positive mindset you are open to learning and sharing with the team
  • Able to manage and organise competing priorities
  • Can do attitude within a team environment
  • Greeting visitors to our office
  • Performing administrative tasks
  • Experienced using technology and Microsoft Office 365

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Previous professional experience in a similar environment working with a diverse range of people from different cultural backgrounds
  • You will be known for your warm and welcoming manner and you will have experience and an appreciation of other cultures
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • High-level of computer skills
  • Ability to complete a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and to a high standard
  • Culturally responsive and motivated to work with a range of people
  • Can do attitude within a team environment.
