How you’ll make a difference:
Everyone at Yellow is encouraged to be curious, resilient and energetic. In your role, your manager will help you with the key day to day things we need you to do and will explain how you will make an impact.

Initiative is encouraged; team that with a solutions focused mindset and you have the recipe to thrive.

For example, in your role of Vibe Manager, you’ll:

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors
  • Manage office processes regarding starters, leavers, fleet, facilities and equipment
  • Manage office equipment, and purchasing supplies
  • Ensure all aspects of our office are kept in mint condition
  • Manage Yellow reviews and daily enquiries
  • Manage courier process including maintenance of stock
  • Manage first aid and fire warden health and safety
  • Help set up for inhouse events
  • Prepare new starter packs
  • Collaborate with staff across the business and be willing to support company-wide initiatives
  • Respond to emails and queries from the business

Must have:

  • Great communication skills and enjoy interacting with people from all backgrounds
  • A customer at heart approach and a genuine desire to provide high levels of service
  • Initiative and drive

Handy to have:

  • Reception / office management experience
