This role requires adherence to the Concentrix Code of Ethical Business Conduct, Operating Values, Culture Values and any other relevant behavioural standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand mandatory role requirements
  • Support recruitment process to achieve required numbers and skill levels of candidates
  • Source candidates for open roles using a variety of channels including but not limited to Seek.com, Indeed and social media
  • Conduct phones screens to evaluate candidate suitability
  • Track candidates through the recruitment process
  • Assess candidates against the required criteria
  • Organise group assessment centres which may include role overview, interviews, online testing and role plays
  • Assess candidate scores against required skills and benchmarks for the role that is determined by both client and Concentrix
  • Debrief with interviewers to get feedback on candidates
  • Conduct reference checks on candidates
  • Check rehire eligibility of candidates with prior Concentrix experience
  • Support administration team as required
  • Other duties as required
Candidate Communication
  • Keep candidates informed throughout the recruitment process
  • Give candidates a good overview of Concentrix and the role
  • Notify candidates of interview / assessment times
  • Notify candidates of recruitment timelines
  • Advise candidates if they are successful or unsuccessful in all stages of the recruitment process
Workday and Compliance
  • Progress candidates through required stages in Workday
  • Has a full understanding of the Workday system
  • Liaise with Workday focal person to resolve any issues
  • Adhere to company compliance guidelines
