You will be a part of a supportive team that knows the balance between having a good laugh and delivering the high level of service that our clients have come to expect.

We are currently looking for a Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

You will provide support to the sales department including both ensuring smooth sales team operations as well as contribute to creating and maintaining good customer relationships.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role requirements vary, but in most cases you’ll be:
Answering customer phone calls and emails; dealing with customer service enquiries; arranging sales appointments; providing information to the sales team; creating quotes and processing sales and procurement orders; proactive in communicating with clients the status of their orders and perform data entry tasks as necessary.

It’s a busy role that demands good time management and organisational skills. Interpersonal skills are also essential, because a large part of the job involves engaging with customers as a key point of communication.

In return, you will have an opportunity to expand your role, picking up additional duties over time and developing skills in other areas of administration and within the sales team.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Reliable, great initiative, eye for detail, and accurate with your work
  • Ability to engage, connect and communicate with a broad range of people
  • Understanding of best practice customer service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Enthusiastic and positive with excellent multitasking administration, and time management skills
And you will be competent in:
  • MS Office Suite, particularly MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Prioritising tasks to ensure deadlines and client expectations are met
  • Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment
  • Working well under pressure
