IDEA Regional Intellectual Disability Supported Accommodation Services (RIDSAS) has a strong evidenced based clinical pathway, designed specifically to guide the journey for people within the service, to be able lead a safe and meaningful life in the community.

Our Auckland team (based in Henderson) is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Service Manager. The role will work within an experienced clinical and management team to deliver rehabilitation services for people with an intellectual disability who have had contact with the criminal justice system and are subject to the Intellectual Disability Compulsory Care Act 2003 (IDCC&R Act)

You will be responsible for managing and building a successful team, ensuring the highest professional practices for staff, enabling them to support people to achieve positive focused goals. Experience in forensic ID / mental health, complex / challenging behaviours or general mental health is highly desirable.

You will be provided with professional development opportunities to grow your knowledge and career within the organisation.

You will need to have flexible availability over an 80-hour fortnight. We will offer you a commencement salary of $69,659 - $73,069, a work vehicle that can be taken home and used for personal use, and an on-call allowance.
