If you are customer focused, have excellent organisational skills and enjoy working as part of a team then we may have a role for you as the Service, Rental and Treatment Coordinator! This newly created hybrid role will be based at our Auckland branch, where you will assist three areas of the business - Service, Rental and Treatment.

Your new role
  • Provides customer service and responds to customer service queries and requests
  • Prioritises jobs in consultation with the Service Manager and treatment service technicians, processing service and hire quotations and billing, and maintaining the Rental system to ensure accurate reporting
  • Schedules invoicing, credit applications and requests, new suppliers and warranty
  • Converts quotations into live jobs upon receipt of client purchase orders
  • Provides customer service and responds to customer rental queries and requests
  • Books rental pumps into the workshop and raises job cards as necessary
  • Prioritizes rental pump repairs in consultation with the Service Manager
  • Responds to customer queries and requests for Treatment related matters, with technical and commercial detail.
  • Schedule nationally all treatment servicing, processing service quotations and billing, to ensure accurate reporting
  • Schedules invoicing, credit applications and requests, new suppliers and warranty

About You
  • 5+ years in a Service & Rental Coordination role (ideally from a processing and/or water industry)
  • Excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and improve current processes
  • Customer focused, with excellent problem solving and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as a group environment
