Support Adminstrator - Dunedin Support Office

An exciting opportunity has arisen due to National growth for a Support Administrator role within our Support Office based in Dunedin. We are seeking a person that shows attention to detail, high work standards and a mature attitude with excellent time management skills.

We are a hard-working team that needs your expertise in ensuring the business continues to grow while following our processes and procedures.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Assisting with client queries
  • Supporting National branches
  • Updating job management system
  • Sales and administrative support
  • Ensuring compliance across the company
  • Site audits
  • Assisting with general administrative duties

Experience and skills required.

  • A flexible and adaptable mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Can travel when required.
  • Experience with database systems and Xero would be advantageous.
  • Excellent time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills
  • High level of professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work both unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Compliance experience preferential
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check
