About The Role

As a VIP & Premier Host you will be joining the customer-focused gaming team who are passionate about providing the best service to all customers.

You will spend time providing our valued Gaming VIPs with outstanding service by attending to VIP guests needs and ensuring their requirements are met, as well as assisting in the organisation and hosting of VIP events, including issuing invitations via text and telephone call, and setting up venues and conducting post event reviews.

This is a Full-Time opportunity, working 40 hours per week across a roster which will include night and weekend shifts.

About You

It’ll be your winning attitude, excellent customer service skills, and ability to work under pressure which will make you a great fit for SkyCity.

To be successful in this role, you will also;

• Have fantastic interpersonal skills and be a confident and clear communicator
• Be well presented with a high level of professionalism
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to follow processes to resolve issues or queries
• Flexibility in your availability to accommodate VIP events
• Computer literacy
• Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work a variety of shifts
• Be 20 years old or over due to licensing requirements
